It's right before 5am and my Grizzly is growling around the den. The
local news station is reporting on South Carolina's developments in
Concealed Weapons Permits. The House approved a bill to no longer
require CWPs. Oh! The Grizzly is unhappy. "Now all the criminals will
be legally armed! This is bad, oh so bad!" he growls...
